Use Of Services

ZephyrusWare provides business cloud applications and related account-management services. Customers are responsible for using the services lawfully, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring their users follow applicable policies and agreements.

Customer Administrators

Customer administrators are responsible for managing users, roles, licenses, and application access within their organization. Customers should promptly remove access for users who no longer require it.

Subscriptions And Licenses

Access to paid applications may require active subscriptions, available licenses, and approval or checkout steps shown in the customer portal. Pricing and availability may change before an order is accepted.

Acceptable Use

Customers and users may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer protected parts of the services, or use the services to harm ZephyrusWare, customers, users, or third parties.

Security

Customers are responsible for protecting their user accounts, configuring appropriate access, and notifying ZephyrusWare promptly about suspected unauthorized access or security concerns.

Service Changes

ZephyrusWare may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as business needs, security needs, or customer requirements evolve. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes to affected customers.

Disclaimers And Limits

The services are provided for business use and may be subject to separate written agreements. To the extent allowed by law, ZephyrusWare disclaims warranties not expressly stated in an applicable agreement and limits liability according to the governing customer agreement.
