ZephyrusWare is designed around tenant-aware access, least-privilege administration, protected service boundaries, audit records, and security review practices that help keep customer environments controlled.

Tenant Isolation

Customer portal access is organized by tenant, with user roles, license assignments, application access, and cloud-model settings scoped to the customer organization. Private Cloud options are available for customers with stronger isolation or governance requirements.

Reliability And Status

Production-facing services are monitored with repeatable health checks. Current public service status is available at ZephyrusWare Status.

Privacy And Data Minimization

ZephyrusWare collects and uses only the personal information it needs to provide the service to businesses and individuals, manage access, respond to customers and protect the platform, as our Privacy Policy explains. We do not sell personal information. Card details are entered only on Stripe's pages, and ZephyrusWare does not receive them.

Compliance Readiness

ZephyrusWare maintains documented security, privacy, access, monitoring, vendor, retention, and incident-response practices. Certification or regulated-workload claims are made only after the relevant formal assessment, agreement, and operating controls are complete.
