This can include names, business email addresses, company details, account roles, license activity, application access records, billing-related business information, and messages sent to ZephyrusWare.

Customer Account Data

Customer administrators control user access inside their organization. ZephyrusWare uses account and license records to make sure users can access the applications assigned to them and to help customer administrators manage their tenant.

Payments

When paid services are enabled, payment details should be handled through approved payment processing experiences. ZephyrusWare does not intend to collect card numbers or card security codes directly inside its application code.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to host services, authenticate users, process payments, deliver support, protect systems, and operate the business. These providers are expected to process information only for authorized business purposes and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Security And Retention
